Who we are
Vondral is a service that helps businesses, public figures and organizations plan and publish social media content. This policy explains what data we process and why.
What we collect
Account data (name, email), workspace and brand information you provide, images you upload, and — when you connect a social account — the access tokens and aggregate post metrics returned by the network's official API. We do not collect personal data of people who interact with your posts.
How we use it
To research topics, analyze what performs best for your brand, generate a content calendar, publish posts you approve and send you reports. We never publish without explicit approval.
How we protect it
Social network tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Data is isolated per workspace. Access is limited to members you invite.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Disconnecting an account deletes its tokens and history within 24 hours. See the Data Deletion page.
